Yes — under the Home Guarantee Scheme, eligible first home buyers can purchase with just 5% deposit and avoid LMI. There's a limited number of places each year. I'll check your eligibility in the first call.

How much stamp duty will I pay?

In QLD, first home buyers purchasing under $700K can get a full stamp duty concession. Between $700K-$800K is a partial concession. I'll calculate your exact figure based on the property.

What if I'm self-employed or new to Australia?

Different rules apply but both situations are completely workable. We have lenders for almost every situation — let's discuss yours in the consultation.

How much can I borrow?

Usually 5-7x your gross household income, depending on debts and lender. Use the borrowing power calculator on the homepage for a quick estimate, then we'll dial it in precisely.
